7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the fabric must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• Unwashed and unaltered
• Uncut and unstitched
• Returned with its original packaging and tags, where applicable
• Free from any damage, stains, perfume, or signs of use

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

You may request an exchange if:

• You received the wrong fabric or product
• The product has a manufacturing or quality defect
• You received a damaged item
• You would like to exchange an eligible unused fabric for another available product

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

No Cash Refunds

Shanemard.pk does not offer cash, bank, card, or other monetary refunds.

Once your return is approved, we will provide an eligible exchange according to our return and exchange policy.

Cut, Stitched & Altered Fabric

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, cut, stitched, altered, washed, or used fabric cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please make sure you are satisfied with the product before cutting or altering the fabric.

Sale Items

Sale and promotional products are eligible for exchange only if they meet all the conditions mentioned in this policy. Any product specifically marked as “Final Sale” will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging so our team can review the issue and assist you with the exchange process.

Any shipping or delivery charges related to a change-of-mind exchange may be the customer's responsibility. However, if the wrong, damaged, or defective product was sent by Shanemard.pk, we will review the case and provide the appropriate resolution.
